Ghana based Gambian actress, Princess Shyngle is known by many know for her Kim Kardashian like figure which she credits to her waist training regime, and just last month she was named the curviest African woman by richestlifestyle.com

Earlier today, she was condemed by some of her fans who insinuated that waist training is bad for her organs and could affect child bearing. The actress responded just an hour ago saying;

i wana make something very clear to ya’ll i don’t beg or force anyone to waist train. its all up to you if you choose to buy a waist trainer n waist train.  i do it cuz i want to, and all of ya’ll saying am damaging ma organs and my womb well just want ya’ll to know dat ma organs and womb are in great conditions  dont want anyone saying they waist training cuz of me, do it cuz u want to i will advice you go get an advice from your doctor be4 u start waist training, i did da same n waist training don’t affect me in anyway so the choice is urs

  1. Well like she said please visit your doctor, that’s an important factor to using a waist trainer, and also diet has its on role to play.

  2. She doesn’t look ridiculous. Many african women have this shape by default anyway. Nothing has been added or removed, just manipulated. I think she looks lovely and people are just jealous.

    Its hardly Victorian era when Europeans died from stabbing themselves with ivory boned corsets or pulling it too tight causing constant fainting.

    Waist training is a doable thing, just because most choose not to do it doesn’t mean its bad.
