Hey guys! It’s time to get into the kitchen and bring you what some of the best food content developers are preparing this week for you. Wednesdays come with that in-depth look at what’s cooking in an influencer, chef or even in your kitchen.

Our focus is on US-Based Cameroonian food blogger, Precious Meshi Nkeih who is teaching us how to make the Cassava Fufu or Water Fufu from start to finish. Fufu is mostly enjoyed in a lot of countries in Africa, it can be eaten with either soup or stew depending on your location.

Cassava roots are needed to prepare this dish. If you live in Africa, you can soak it in water for about three days before using it for the fufu but Precious came up with a strategy for people living outside Africa (Use baking soda) to ferment it.

Enjoy the entire process below. Tell us which process you prefer, soaking in water for three days or the use of soda water?
