For the past six years, Paris based multinational luxury fashion brand, LVMH has been recognizing and rewarding young fashion designers below the age 40 who are doing a lot to contribute to the growth of the industry.

The list for the final eight designers selected from a semi-final list comprising of twenty is out and for the first time, two African fashion designers have made the cut.

Kenneth Ize from Nigeria has the eye of the fashion world on him for his style of creation, bringing back the vintage style back into the country.

If any of them is selected for the prize from eight finalists, he will walk home with 300,000 euro prize and 12-month full support from the LVMH Group.
