Since the movie Black Panther was released for worldwide viewing, it has had a phenomenal impact on the lives of almost everyone who has come into contact with it in the cinemas. It has continued to overwhelmingly garner many records and broken more in this past months in the theatres with a total of $1.2 billion.
An additional achievement which shows how the movie is on the radar of most people living outside the USA who haven’t had the chance to view it. The movie is set to be the official movie to be premiered in Saudi Arabia after the country’s 35 years ban was lifted.
Now, according to HollywoodReporter, the movie has been selected to be screened in Riyadh at the first AMC Branded cinema for five days in the country on April 18 with a seating capacity of 620.
Marketing and distribution wise, this is definitely a win for Disney and its partners in the Middle East, Italia Film as it becomes the first movie to be given public Gala premiere since the 35-year ban was Lifted.
Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Daniel Kaluuya etc are the stars in the movie and if they are to attend the premiere, it would mean fans in Saudi Arabia will see and watch the movie with them like they did in Asia.
