Nigerian Afrobeat and Afro-Fusion singer, Burna Boy takes Africa with him on his successful music journey, sticking to the authentic music from the continent.
Burna Boy announced the title of the new album a few months back, but, at that time many thought, it was just a new nickname he has added to his name to send the message to remind others in the music industry that he is the biggest now. With the African Giant crown, Burna Boy played mega festivals like the Coachella 2019 and then solo-sold out performance at the Apollo Theater in the United States of America.
He didn’t quickly forget his root in the attempt to export his music to a larger global market, he kept touch with his fanbase back in Nigeria, and lovers of Afrobeat music in other parts of Africa with hit songs like Dangote and Anybody, and now, Pull Up (Fifth single from the album).

The success story continues to the Black Entertainment Television Awards 2019, he picked the Best International Act awards to solidify his position among the music rulers from Africa. To calm nerves of anxious fans who were waiting for the releases date for the African Giant album, he held an exclusive listening session in the States, attended by Akon, Wale and more.
Finally, he has shared the official tracklist on African Giant, even though, it has a little partnership from other musicians, it has names such as Ghanaian rap megastar Manifest, on Another Story, got the attention and worked with legendary Jamaican musician Damian Marley and Beninese singer Angélique Kidjo on Different.
He also worked with American musicians Future on Show & Tell, and YG on This Side, Jeremih on Secret together with Jamaican star Serani. English singer Jorja Smith worked with the Afrobeat singer on Gum Body on the album, Burna Boy then added his hit single with Zlatan titled Killin Dem to the album, and his own solo works completing the 19-track album.
