When it comes to acting, African actors have immensely contributed their skills to the industry in diverse ways, and, have gotten global recognition for that. However, publishing written memoirs are gradually being introduced by African celebrities and the trend is picking up. The Nollywood actress launched her self-inspired book titled Boss Up via her social media platform.
In an Instagram text and accompanying video posted, Chika took time to explained some of the struggles she went through growing up. Like, being rejected by her father and raised by a single mother, teased by friends at school, branded as poor and so on, to gradually following her dreams and bringing them to realization. Taking a step further by completing her course at Harvard Business School and finally as an author with her first book that solely speaks about her and accounts of how she started making money.
