Our focus is on US-Based Cameroonian food blogger, Precious Meshi Nkeih who is teaching us how to make the Cassava Fufu or Water Fufu from start to finish. Fufu is mostly enjoyed in a lot of countries in Africa, it can be eaten with either soup or stew depending on your location.
Cassava roots are needed to prepare this dish. If you live in Africa, you can soak it in water for about three days before using it for the fufu but Precious came up with a strategy for people living outside Africa (Use baking soda) to ferment it.
