Jack Patrick Dorsey, American computer programmer, co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Twitter in Nigeria.
Twitter has been among the preferred digital platform for many internet entrepreneurs, individuals, celebrities and companies, for many years. Jack’s visit to Nigeria enabled him to meet with other entrepreneurs in the same field and other fields as well.
Jack had a discussion with the Chief Executive Officer Of Spacefinish, Remi Dada, and Seni Sulyman from Andela. He was given a tour of Andela, a project designed and managed by Spacefinish.
He met Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote at a private dinner held for him and other business executives from Nigeria. Jack arrived in Nigeria on November 7th, 2019, and aside from the discussions and dinner with the business people, internet entrepreneurs and more, opportunities in the country is being keenly observed.
It’s not clear if this visitation forms the beginning of a series of such trips to other African countries as well, Africa is viewed as the new place for the growth of new businesses.
