Luminary Bakery, an all-female bakery company helps disadvantaged, homeless and abused women in society. The company provide an opportunity to learn new skills in order to enable them to get back into the business.
For the special occasion, Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, is seen interacting with the women, she also partakes in the cake making with them, she wore dark blue and white striped shirt and blue jeans.
In spite of her busy schedules, and role as a new mum, Meghan makes times to speak against abuse on women. She stayed in South Africa, met and discuss measures to end femicide and gender-based violence in the country.
While, Prince Harry continued the tour to countries like Malawi, Botswana and Angola. Where he also dedicated his time to work with local non-governmental organizations to plant trees and embark on other environmental protection projects.
In a recent development, 72-women from British parliament sent an open letter of support to her after she voiced out her unhappiness with the spotlight and certain wrong reports by the media. Before that, she had revealed during an interview in South Africa the heavyweights on the shoulders of women in the public domain.
Being a new mum, balancing her private life and the spotlight in addition to performing her duty as a mother.
