The Fashion season in Africa kicked off in a spectacular way by drawing top-notch models, designers and performers who have graced global events unto the runway.
Among them was British model, Noami Campbell, her arrival for the ARISE Fashion Week 2018 was one that not a lot were expecting it to happen but the track record of the show left other section to also understand why she came.
Noami took some time to indulge few activities in Lagos before flying back to the United Kingdom, among them was her visit to the house of the street kids dancing group who are collectively called Dream Catchers.
And, after ARISE Fashion Week, Nigerian art and clothing store, Alara partnered with the charming runway goddess for a conversation with the founder of Alara, Reni Folawiyo which was moderated by Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola (DJ Cuppy). Other elites business people spotted at the event are Grace Ladoja, Ozinna, Nkiru Anumudu, Ruth Osime, Tokini Peterside, Skepta, Jenke, Oluchi Orlandi, Eku and Kessiana Edewor-Thorley, Biola Alabi, Ozwald Boateng etc.
She also signed copies of her new book Art of Beauty during compèred by Denola Grey. Noami detailed some of the events that made her coming to Nigeria one she would want to do again, she spoke about the Dream Catcher, and then shared some insights into her successful career as a model.
