Paledi Segapo, Founder and Creative Director of popular South African fashion label PALSE, is taking his designs to the global stages. The deisgner has been invited to showcase at the Annual Zambia Fashion Week and the Paris later this month.
Segapo opened up the Saturday night of Zambia Fashion Week, which started on Thursday October 13th, with PALSE setting the evening’s mood and tone for Zambia’s established designers to showcase. This was Segapo’s second time showing in Zambia and the collection presented an all-black classic story with models strutting to the soundtrack of Amadeus by Mozart.
This coming saturday on the 22nd October, PALSE will be showcasing at the French European Indian Fashion Week in Paris. The event will take place at the iconic Eiffel Tower and will see PALSE collaborate with Caterpillar to showcase a 15 piece, solid colour, summer collection.
“I look forward to seeing what other designers will be presenting on the runway. Also it is currently winter in Europe. It will be interesting to see and be able to forecast winter trends for next year in SA,” Paledi Segapo said.
