It was a night full of pure glam and glow on the red carpet of Glam Africa Ball Ghana, an event organized by Glam Africa Magazine and “My Sister’s Keeper Foundation” on June 29, 2017 at Kempinski Hotel.
The foundation is owned and operated by three daughters (Gyankroma Akufo-Addo, Valerie Obaze and Edwina Akufo-Addo) of the President of Ghana, Mr Nana Akufo Addo, to raise funds to support the Austism Awareness Care and Training Centre (AACT) in Accra.
On the red carpet were celebrities, politicians and diplomats including Mrs. Samira Bawumia, Yvonne Nelson, Joselyn Duma, Zynnell Zuh, Mrs. Chioma Onwutalobi, Derek Boateng and more.
Glam Africa Ball will take place in all the countries that we operate in, we just finished with Ghana. London, South Africa and Nigeria are next on the list of countries the funds will be raised in to support different charity projects in those countries.
The team is heading to “The Royal Automobile Club” in London for next phase together with “The Powerlist Foundation” on September 20, 2017. Proceeds will be use to support young black students with the ability to take up leadership positions in society and bring about changes.
