Make brands are spreading around the continent for a simple reason that, the demand for products is increasing by the day. This goes to say Africans are willing to accept products that are made on the continent. With this, Ghanaian make-up brand, So Aesthetic hosted a brunch with industry personnel to introduce its new products on the Ghanaian market.
Eight different foundation colours ranging from light to deep dark were introduced to guests at the event. Ghanaian culture wasn’t left behind as each shade is named after Ghanaian women like Asantewaa etc.
The founder, Sacha Ockoh spoke about the origin of the So Aesthetic, the general vision for the brand and then took time to answer questions from the guests. After which, a live demonstration was done by makeup artist, Asare Prince who used aesthetic products to do a demure look. The models were styled by fashion house Christie Brown.
