Nigerian media personality, Toke Makinwa makes single life looks interesting. She boldly let the world knows how proud she is to be single. Though, it is not easy, especially when you are surrounded by friends who constantly are going out on dates with their partners.

In her new vlog ‘Diary of a Single Girl’, the first episode – ‘I hate going on dates’, the Ciroc ambassador shares tips on how she manages to escape from men who ask her out. Some of the excuses she gave, we agree, are very hilarious.

She moves from giving normal excuses like ‘I am not feeling well’,  ‘can I call you back’ to the biggest one of them all; She puts her phone off if you persist on taking her out and she is not ready for it. However, she admitted, another part of her life that is making her feel better being single off late is; she just feels lazy stepping out with the opposite sex, but has no problem hanging out with her girls.
