The Diaspora Dialogues is the brainchild of Hollywood media maven of Ghanaian descent, Koshie Mills, created to bridge the gap between hardworking African living outside and within the continent, and, their immersed contributions to the development and growth of the continent.
Koshie Mills is a brand and public relation expert, founded the K3PR, with decades of experience in Hollywood managing to successfully launch the careers of her three sons – Kwame Boateng, Kofi Siriboe and Kwesi Boakye who are doing well in the entertainment industry.
Moreover, March is a special month for women, hence, Koshie Mills through The Diaspora Dialogues program held the inaugural International Women of Power luncheon at Marina del Rey Marriott on March 2, 2018, hosted by American actress, Michelle Williams. The prime focus of the event is to exhibit, unify and celebrate women.
Chief brand officer of Uber – Bozoma Saint John, legendary actress – Sheryl Lee Ralph, Australian Somali model – Duckie Thot, artist – Estelle, and style innovator – Claire Sulmers were honoured with special awards.
