The Vegan Nigerian, a vlogging channel owned by Tomi Makanjuola specialises in the making of different mouthwatering pancakes.
In her latest vlog, Tomi prepared Pounded Yam Pancakes using the simplest ingredients. Pounded Yam is a delicacy enjoyed by Nigerians with Vegetable Stew on a regular basis but Toni has found a way to make pancakes of it and just beautiful to watch.
For the process: She poured a sizeable amount of pounded yam flour in a bowl, added two tablespoons of sugar (you can use either brown or white) followed by one and a half cup of soya milk and the one tablespoon of sunflower oil. After which she mixed it gently to achieve a smooth texture. She then placed a frying pan on fire with oil, dropped a spoon full of the mixture, fry and garnish it.
