Most health seekers have heard about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar and have worked it into their morning breakfast routine, while others take it a step further and take 1 teaspoon of the concentrate 30mins before every meal.

Well… If you’ve ever tried it, you know how shockingly acidic the taste is that may hold your tastebuds captive for half the day!

A great way to still take advantage of all the wonderful benefits (we’ll tell you all about them in a sec) and mask the taste is with our Berry infused Apple Cider Boost drink that actually tastes good!

So, before we get into the easy to do, quick prep recipe, lets talk about why its good for you to take Apple Cider vinegar!

There are many health and household benefit claims that have been swimming around the internet for years but only 6 of the health benefits have been proven scientifically:

Let’s get into it!


  • 2 x tbsp Organic pure Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 x tsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 a cup of mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc)
  • 500ml of Water
  • max 2 tbsp of Honey

First you start with a handful or half a cup of mixed berries in 500ml of water.

Then 2 table spoons of Apple cider 😆

Then you have a choice between 2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon (recommended) and your typical lemon juice cordial

Another choice for you… stevia for a sweet taste, or honey. Pros of stevia is no calories at all however it has an aftertaste that warrants an acquired liking 😅 and honey, pros are all the natural nutrients contained, but we can’t have that without the presence of a few carbs 🤷🏽‍♀️

Time to pull out your trusted blender 🧞‍♀️

And mix it all up! Be carful to hold tight or you’ll cause a big mess like I did🤣

Then grab your favourite water-bottle, make sure you’ve got a strainer if you don’t like getting a few bits and pieces in your juice 🥤 if you don’t mind then any glass is good to go!
